Position:

• Sales Kotak Direct Channel
• Sales Tied Agency Channel
• Sales Alternate Channel

Compensation: Annual fixed compensation + attractive incentives.
Eligibility:

Sales Kotak Direct Channel: 

• Graduate from the recognized universities / colleges. Students in the final year can also apply
• Desired skills:  In-depth knowledge of local area, good networking, good communication skills
• Experience:  Fresher or sales experience of 1 year

Sales Tied Agency Channel 

• Graduate from the recognized universities / colleges
• Desired skills:  In-depth knowledge of local area, good networking, good communication skills, computer knowledge
• Experience: Minimum one year of sales experience (preferably in the financial sector).

Sales Alternate Channel

• Graduate from the recognized universities / colleges
• Desired skills:  In-depth knowledge of local area, good networking, good communication skills, computer knowledge 
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales
